How to get that Perfect Crackle

Ccrispy, yummy pork crackle

Everybody enjosy crunching away on a delishous crackle.

Prehat your oven your oven on a high heat approx. 220.

Dry and score the skin of pork

Rub skin really well with a generous amount of salt.

Roast at this higher heat for approx. 20 minutes before reducing to cook pork.

Small bubbles will form on surface and rind will be golden and crisp.

Cool a little and cut into pieces with kitchen scissors
