Healty and scrumptious
Short crust pastery
1/4 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1-2 drops FIRETREE Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
Grease small flan tins
Line with Short crust pastry and set aside
Steam vegetables until done, then drain.
In bowl combine the remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Transfer vegetables to flan tins.
Pour egg mixture over vegetables and top with cheese.
Bake in oven at 176C degrees for 30-40 minutes.
