INGREDIENTS



1.5kg American pork ribs

Marinade

1/2 sugar
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce

2 tsp FIRETREE LIQUID SMOKE


 

DIRECTIONS

BBQ Grill or Bake

Preheat oven to 180°C. OR heat BBQ

Combine FIREETRE LIQUID SMOKE, sugar, worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce in bowl. Place ribs in marinade and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.

Place marinated ribs in baking dish and bake in oven for approx. 1 1/2 hr or place on hot grill and cook until tender and golden.
