Tangy and tasty
4 Salmon steaks
125g melted butter
2tbls lemon juice
4 cloves grated garlic
ground black pepper & salt to taste
1tsp FIRETREE LIQUID SMOKE
Garnish with lemon slices or finely sliced spring onion
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and salt & pepper to taste.
Lightly brush salmon steaks with FIRETREE LIQUID SMOKE.
Heat oil in pan or on grill.
Place Salmon in pan or on grill with skin up and cook for approx 2 mins on each side or until cooked with centre still moist.
To serve place 1 salmon steak on serving plate and spoon over sauce .
Garnish with lemon slices or finely sliced spring onions.
