RICH HONEY-MUSTARD RIBS

Rich and inviting

 

Ingredients:


 Beef ribs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/2cup Honey
Salt
Pepper
1/4 cup FIRETREE LIQUID SMOKE

1/2 Barbecue sauce

1/2 Cup Orange Juice
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoon Cold water

 

 

Instructions:


Part boil ribs in a saucepan for approx 15 - 20 mins to remove fat.

 Combine LIQUID SMOKE, mustard, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce and orange juice in a bowl.

Place ribs in baking dish and pour mixture over.

Cover and cook on 180C for approx 2hours or until tender.

Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture.
