Corned beef about 2 Kg
12 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunky pieces
12 small chap potatoes
4 small white onions, peeled
1 head cabbage cut into wedges
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 bay leaf
1 tsp. FIRETREE LIQUID SMOKE.
In large saucepan, place beef, bay leafs, brown sugar, vinegar, peppercorns and LIQUID SMOKE. Cover with cold water and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 hours per Kg or until beef is tender.
Add carrots, onions, potatoes and cabbage to saucepan during the last hour of cooking.
Remove corned beef and vegetable when cooked tender.
