Mouthwatering & delicious

INGREDIENTS

1 cup BBQ sauce
1 Medium onion cut into large pieces
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons FIRETREE LIQUID SMOKE
1 Kg  steak, cut into large cubes
1 large green pepper, cut into large pieces
12 mushrooms
12 cherry tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Blend BBQ Sauce, oil and LIQUID SMOKE in a dish, pour marinade over beef  cubes. Cover; chill at least 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
     
  2. Drain beef; reserve marinade. .
     
  3. On 12 skewers, thread beef cubes, green peppers, onions, mushrooms  and tomatoes.
     
  4. Grill or bake kababs for 10 to 15 minutes or until done as desired. Turn occasionally and brushing withremaining marinade.
